The Influence of Different pH and Chlorine Ion Invasion on the Concrete Reinforcement Corrosion Rate

摘要 钢筋锈蚀是造成钢筋混凝土结构损害的最主要因素之一。利用实验室模拟法研究不同pH及氯离子模拟孔隙液下的钢筋腐蚀情况,通过线性极化法在连续时间内进行检测并对检测结果进行分析。结果表明,pH及氯离子的入侵均为锈蚀的主要影响因素,氯离子的入侵不仅使腐蚀速率增大,还会加快钢筋表面钝化膜的破坏。 Corrosion of reinforcement is one of the most important factor in the damage of reinforced concrete structures. Laboratory simulation method was used to study the different pH and chlorine ion simulating the steel corrosion condition of pore fluid. The detection and analysis of experimental results were conducted with the method of linear polarization in continuous time. The results show that the pH and the invasion of chloride ions are the main influencing factors of corrosion, and the invasion of chloride ion can not only make corrosion rate increase, but also ac- celerate the destruction of the passivation membrane on the steel surface.
