口腔修复中活动义齿种植术的应用效果研究

Research on the Effect of Removable Denture Planting Applied in Oral Rehabilitation

目的探讨种植活动义齿对于口腔修复的临床应用效果。方法将62例拟行口腔修复治疗的患者随机分为A组与B组,每组31例。A组行常规口腔修复,B组行义齿种植修复,对照两组的疗效。结果 B组总有效率为90.32%,高于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05);治疗后B组的基牙出血指数低于A组(P<0.05);B组的口腔功能恢复时间与累计治疗时间均较A组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论种植活动义齿修复应用于口腔修复能够促进口腔功能的恢复,缩短治疗周期,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of removable denture planting applied in oral rehabilitation. Methods 62 patients underwent oral rehabilitation were randomly divided into group A and group B, 31 cases in each group. Group A received routine dental, group B received removable denture planting, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group B was 90.32%, higher than the 70.97% in control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the abutment bleeding index in group B was significantly lower than in group A（P〈0.05）, the recovery time of oral function and cumulative duration of treatment in group B was significantly shorter than that in group A（P〈0.05）. ConclusionRemovable denture planting applied in oral rehabilitation can promote the oral function and shorten the treatment period, improve clinical outcomes.
