消化内科患者恶心呕吐临床分析及治疗

Clinical Analysis and Treatment of Nausea and Vomiting in Patients in Department of Gastroenterology

目的对消化内科患者的恶心呕吐症状进行临床分析,并探讨有效的治疗方法。方法抽取2014年1月∽2015年5月本院接收的240例消化内科患者作为研究对象,对患者进行诊断分析,并实行适当的治疗方案,观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果患者引发恶心呕吐的原因主要有4大类,分别为胃肠道疾病、药物因素、肝胆内科疾病及精神类疾病,其中胃肠道疾病占74.6%,药物因素占3.8%,肝胆等内科疾病占19.7%,精神类疾病占2.1%。对患者进行针对性的治疗后,结果治疗显效的患者多于治疗有效及无效的患者,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消化内科患者出现恶心呕吐常由多种因素引发,其中以胃肠道疾病为主,对患者的发病原因进行分析之后,采取针对性的治疗措施可有效缓解患者的症状。

Objective Symptoms of nausea and vomiting in patients in department of Gastroenterology are analysed, and effective method of treatment is explored. Methods Chose 240 patients in department of Gastroenterology from January 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital as the research object, analysed the diagnosis to patients and gave appropriate treatment, observed the clinical therapeutic effect of patients. Results The main causes nausea and vomiting in patients had four major categories, respectively for gastrointestinal tract disease, drug factors, liver diseases and psychiatric diseases, including gastrointestinal tract disease（74.6%）, drug factors accounted（3.8%）, medical diseases such as liver（19.7%）, mental illness（2.1%）. After specific treatment, the results of patients with significantly effect was more than the patients with valid and invalid effect, differences between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with nausea and vomiting of digestive diseases often triggered by a variety of factors, including mainly gastrointestinal diseases, to analyze the etiology of patients, the corresponding treatment measures can effectively alleviate the patient＇s condition.
