摘要
目的探讨选择不同手术时机采用玻璃体切割术对眼外伤患者治疗后获得的临床预后效果。方法选择我院2012年2月∽2015年2月眼外伤患者100例。对所有患者进行玻璃体切割术,对患者的手术时机以及临床预后效果实施评价。结果于不同时机对眼外伤患者进行玻璃体切除术治疗,最终获得的预后效果有差异（P〈0.05）。结论于不同手术时机对眼外伤患者实施玻璃体切割术治疗后发现,于外伤后的1∽2周对患者实施手术治疗,能够获得显著的临床预后效果。
Objective To study the effect of different surgical time of vitrectomy surgery on prognosis of ocular trauma patients. Methods Selected 100 cases of patients with ocular trauma in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015,conducted vitreous cut surgery treatment for all patients. Evaluated the operation time and clinical outcomes of patients. Results For patients with ocular trauma,different timing of vitrectomy had ultimately different prognostic effect（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with ocular trauma,using vitrectomy surgery in 1 ∽ 2 weeks after the trauma can eventually has a significant effect of clinical prognosis.
