Study on Process of Postoperative Care After Extracorporeal Circulation

目的探讨体外循环术后监护工作流程化管理。方法通过对我科既往收治的体外循环术后患者情况进行总结,整理出术后监护流程,运用于22例体外循环术后患者,观察其临床效果。结果按体外循环术后监护流程管理的22例患者,皆病情好转转科,术后生存质量可,无1例死亡。结论体外循环术后监护流程运用于临床,效果满意,为今后我科收治体外循环术后患者提供了技术指导。

Objective To explore the process management on postoperative care of extracorporeal circulation. Methods Based on the summary of patients with extracorporeal circulation in our department previous, the postoperative care process was sorted out, and was applied to 22 patients after extracorporeal circulation, and then the clinical efficacy was observed. Results According to the management of postoperative care after extracorporeal circulation,22 patients got better and can be transferred, and there was no deaths. Conclusion Processes of postoperative care after extracorporeal circulation were used in the clinical, the efficacy is satisfactory. It can provide technical guidance to treat the patients after extracorporeal circulation, it is worth of spreading.
