摘要
目的通过临床病例观察分析影响后牙残根残冠保存疗效因素。方法对来我院2010∽2013年120残根残冠保存修复治疗患者相关治疗进行分析,患者入院后对其进行常规检查,患者均行后牙残根残冠保存修复治疗,且治疗后对患者进行1年随访,分析患者临床治疗效果。结果 120例患者中112例（93.3%）修复成功,8例修复失败（6.7%）,对患者的随访结果显示患者并未出现其他不良反应。结论良好的根管治疗和良好的桩固位能够有效的提高残根残冠保存修复期效果。
Objective To analyze the influence factors of preservative effect of the residual root and crown in posterior teeth by clinical observation. Methods 120 patients with residual root and crown conservative restoration treatment from 2010 to 2013 in our hospital were analyzed. The residual root and crown conservative restoration was conducted for the patients after routine inspection, and the follow-up visit after treatment was performed for 1 year, the clinical therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results 112 cases（93.3%） in 120 patients were repaired successfully, with 8 failures（6.7%）, the follow-up results showed that there was no other adverse reactions. Conclusion Good root canal treatment and good post retention can effectively improve the effect of residual root and crown conservative restoration.
