摘要
目的探讨布地奈德与沙丁胺醇联合吸入对治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取2011年7月∽2013年7月我院的46例毛细支气管炎患儿进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组各23例。对照组予以全身综合治疗;观察组在综合治疗的基础上采用布地奈德与沙丁胺醇联合吸入的方法进行治疗。结果对照组13例患儿痊愈,10例有所好转,观察组22例治愈,1例患儿开始好转。结论布地奈德与沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎有显著效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect on budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation in the treatment of capillary bronchitis. Methods 46 patients with capillary bronchitis from July 2011 to July 2013 in our hospital were selected into observation group and control group randomly,23 patients ineach group. The control group patients received systemic comprehensive treatment; observation group received budesonide and salbutamol inhalation treatment on the basis of the control group. Results In the control group,there were 13 cases recovered,10 cases improved, there were 22 cases cured,1 cases began to improve in observation group. Conclusion The clinical effect on budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation in the treatment of capillary bronchitis is remarkable.
