摘要
目的对使用二线抗病毒药物治疗艾滋病的效果进行分析。方法从2012年1月∽2015年1月在我院采用二线抗病毒药物治疗艾滋病的患者当中选出17例,对患者接受治疗后的CD4＋T细胞的变化情况进行记录,并同时分析患者治疗后生活质量的变化情况,了解患者死亡率和治疗时间。结果随着治疗时间的增加,患者体内的CD4＋T细胞数量会不断增加,并且将近一半的患者生活质量得到了改善,并未出现病情恶化情况,但有1例患者发生死亡,死亡率为5.88%。结论在治疗艾滋病的过程中采用二线抗病毒药物的疗效较好。
Objective To analyze the effect of second-line antiviral drugs in the treatment of AIDS. Methods 17 AIDS patients with the second line antiviral drugs treatment from January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected, the changes of CD4＋ T cells after treatment were recorded. At the same time, the quality of life, mortality and treatment time were all analyzed. Results With the increase of treatment time, the number of CD4＋ T cells of patient＇s body continued to increase, and the life quality of nearly half the patients improved, with no deterioration, but 1 patients died, the mortality rate was 5.88%. Conclusion The effect of second-line antiviral drugs in the treatment of AIDS is better, and it is worthy to be promoted in clinical.
