摘要
目的分析米非司酮对子宫肌瘤的临床治疗效果。方法搜集本院2013年11月∽2014年11月子宫肌瘤40例,依据治疗方式不同将其分两组。20例选择常规治疗,入组对照组;20例选择米非司酮治疗,入组实验组。观察两组疗效,并对比分析。结果两组比较,实验组性激素指标改善明显（P〈0.05）,肌瘤体积缩小幅度较大（P〈0.05）,治疗有效率高（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮对子宫肌瘤治疗效果确切。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of Mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 40 patients with uterine fibroids from November 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital were selected into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods, 20 patients in each group, received conventional treatment and Mifepristone treatment. The treatment effects between two groups were observed and compared. Results the change of hormone indicator, decrease of tumor volume and treatment effective rate in experimental group were better than control group significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone is quite effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids.
