瘢痕性子宫早孕采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗效果观察

The Observation on Treatment Effect of Mifepristone Combined With Misoprostol on Cicatricial Uterus Pregnancy

目的探讨采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇进行瘢痕性子宫早孕终止的临床效果及其安全性。方法选取我院收治的瘢痕性子宫早孕患者90例,分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组患者实施人工钳刮手术,观察组采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇进行治疗,对两组患者的早孕终止效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的完全流产率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇对瘢痕性子宫进行早孕终止,效果显著,有利于减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To explore the clinical effects and safety of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for cicatricial uterus pregnancy termination. Methods 90 patients with cicatricial uterus pregnancy in our hospital were selected into observation groups and control group, the control group patients received artificial Forceps curettage, the observation group received mifepristone and misoprostol treatment, the effects of early pregnancy termination in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The complete abortion rate in observation group was higher than control group significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for cicatricial uterus pregnancy termination is remarkable, it can help patients to reduce the pain.
