摘要
目的观察脊柱外科患者术后谵妄的临床治疗效果。方法选择2013年2月∽2015年1月我院收治的60例脊柱外科术后谵妄的患者作为研究对象,把60例患者随机均分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组对谵妄情况不予治疗,观察组为谵妄患者进行氟哌利多药物治疗。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脊柱外科患者术后谵妄应用氟哌利多治疗后,临床治疗效果理想,缩短了患者的住院时间。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of postoperative delirium after spinal surgery. Methods 60 patients with postoperative delirium after spine surgery from February 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected into control group and observation group randomly, 30 cases in each group. The observation group patients received droperidol treatment, and control group patients received no treatment. Results The length of stay in observation group was shorter than control group significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of droperidol in the treatment of postoperative delirium after spinal surgery is ideal, with shorter hospital stay.
