摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞的临床效果。方法选取老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞者60例,按照治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组采用丹红注射液治疗,对两组患者治疗前后其血管内皮功能变化情况进行观察记录。结果观察组治疗后的ET-1、TXB2水平低于对照组,NO、6-keto-PGF1高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞,效果显著,可有效改善机体血管内皮功能。
Objective To evaluate clinical results of the Danhong injection treatment of elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 60 cases of the elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction,randomly separated them into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with Danhong injection treatment,endothelial function of each patients before and after treatment were observed and recorded. Results ET-1 and TXB2 levels of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,NO and 6-keto-PGF1 significantly higher,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionDanhong injection treatment can improve endothelial function of elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction.
