中医中药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的体会

Experience in the Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis With Chinese Medicine

目的研究分析糖尿病胃轻瘫患者接受中医中药治疗的临床效果,探讨临床治疗体会。方法 2011∽2013年我院共接收了128例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者,将这些患者随机分组为对照组和观察组。观察组患者使用中医中药治疗,对照组使用西医西药治疗,对两组患者进行1个月治疗后,比较分析临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗后对患者的治疗效果观察发现,观察组患者的治愈率为93.7%,对照组患者的治愈率为81.2%,两组的结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病胃轻瘫患者接受中医中药治疗的临床效果比西药治疗优秀,治疗效果明显,患者的病情控制良好。

Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine treatment for diabetic gastroparesis, and explore clinical experience. Methods From 2011 to 2013, a total of 128 cases of diabetic gastroparesis patients in our hospital were randomized divided into the control group and the observation group. The observation group were using traditional Chinese medicine, the control group were using Western medicine treatment, one month after treatment, compared the clinical treatment. Results After treatment, the cure rate in observation group was 93.7%, in control group was 81.2%, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. ConclusionDiabetic gastroparesis patients receiving Chinese medicine treatment has better effect than western medicine.
