探讨小儿肺热咳喘口服液在治疗小儿肺炎中的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Xiaoerfeirekechuan Oral Solution in the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia

目的探讨小儿肺热咳喘口服液在治疗小儿肺炎中的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月∽2015年4月收治的44例小儿肺炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用普通治疗方式,治疗组采用小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗,比较两组患者的病情恢复情况。结果治疗组患者的第一秒用力呼气量和其占据用力肺活量百分比结果分别是（4.50±0.92）l/s和（93.19%±10.42%）,其肺功能指标与对照组相比存在差异（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论小儿肺炎患者采用小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗后,肺功能得到有效恢复,缩短病情恢复时间。

Objective To study clinical curative effect of Xiaoerfeirekechuan oral solution in treating infantile pneumonia. Methods Selected 44 cases of infantile pneumonia patients in our hospital as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group was treated by common treatment,treatment group was treated by Xiaoerfeirekechuan oral solution,compared the recovery of the disease in the two groups. Results The first second of the treatment group the amount of forced expiratory volume and the percentage of the forced vital capacity were（4.50±0.92） l/s and（93.19%±10.42%）,there were significant differences between the pulmonary function index and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lung function of infantile pneumonia can recovery effectively with Xiaoerfeirekechuan oral solution.
