丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛随机对照试验报告质量评价

Danhong Injection in the Treatment of Evaluation of the Quality of Reports of Randomized Controlled Trials of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的研究并分析丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法将我院收治的58例冠心病心绞痛患者平均分为丹红注射液组(n=29)与对照组(n=29),对照组采用常规治疗,丹红注射液组为在常规治疗基础上应用丹红注射液,对比两组疗效。结果丹红注射液组有效率为96.6%,对照组为79.3%,P<0.05,两组间差异有统计学意义。结论冠心病心绞痛患者在常规治疗基础上应用丹红注射液可增强治疗效果,改善心肌缺血。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Selected 58 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital as the research object,divided into Danhong injection group（n=29） and control group（n=29）.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,Danhong injection group was treated with Danhong Injection on the basis of routine treatment,compared the curative effect of two groups. Results The curative effect of Danhong injection group was 96.6%,the control group was 79.3%. There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injection on the basis of routine treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease,improve myocardial ischemia.
