探讨中西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期的临床疗效

To Evaluate the Clinical Efficacy of the Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine for Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的研究分析中西结合方式对缺血性脑卒中急性期的诊断治疗效果。方法纳入2011∽2014年我院接收的100例缺血性脑卒中急性期患者,将这些患者平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组50例使用西医治疗,观察组50例使用中医结合治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为95%,对照组为55%,两组间存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论缺血性脑卒中急性期患者使用中西结合治疗疗效突出,症状改善明显。

Objective To study the combination of Chinese and Western medicine of acute ischemic stroke diagnosis and treatment effect. MethodsSelected 100 acute ischemic stroke cases from 2011 to 2014 in our hospital, averagely divived into control group and observation group. 50 cases in control group was cured by western medicine treatment, 50 cases in observation group was cured by combination of Western medicine and TCM, compared clinical effects between the two groups. Results The efficiency of observation group was 95%,and control group was 55%,there was a significant differences between two group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effect was improved by combination of chinese and western medicine.
