补肾益精活血方治疗卵巢早衰的效果探析

To Study the Clinical Effect of Premature Ovarian Failure Cured by Bushenyijinghuoxue Decoction

目的对补肾益精活血方治疗卵巢早衰的效果进行探析。方法将我院2013年3月∽2015年1月收治的40例卵巢早衰患者,随机、平均分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组20例服用补肾益精活血方,对照组20例服用佳蓉片,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组的有效率为90%,对照组为75%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论补肾益精活血方治疗卵巢早衰疗效好。

Objective To study the clinical effect of premature ovarian failure cured by Bushenyijinghuoxue decoction. Methods Chose 40 patients of premature ovarian failure who were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2015 and separated them into two groups, 20 patients in treatment group were given Bushenyijinghuoxue, 20 patients in control group were given jiarong tablet, then compared treatment effects of two groups. Results Clinical efficacy in treatment group was 90%, control group was 75%, there was a obvious differential between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushenyijinghuoxue decoction is conducive to improve clinical symptoms.
