D-二聚体和BNP与ACS近期不良心血管事件发生的关联性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨分析D-二聚体和BNP与ACS近期不良心血管事件发生的关联性,为临床诊断提供相关依据。方法将150例急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者按照近期是否发生不良心血管事件分为观察组和对照组各75例,对比分析两组患者不良心血管事件前后D-二聚体和BNP的表达水平。结果观察组发生不良心血管事件之后相比发生不良心血管事件前体内D-二聚体和BNP表达增加(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,另外对照组患者体内D-二聚体和BNP表达无明显波动(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论 BNP、D-二聚体是ACS患者近期不良心血管事件的高危影响因素。外周血BNP、D-二聚体是反映ACS患者近期心血管事件的有效指标。 Objective To investigate the correlation of D- dimer and BNP with ACS recent adverse cardiovascular events,provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods 150 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) according to whether there were recent adverse cardiovascular events were divided into observation group and control group 75 cases,two groups of patients before and after comparison of adverse cardiovascular events D- dimer and BNP expression levels. Results Before the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events in vivo D- dimer and BNP expression increased P〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant after the observation of adverse cardiovascular events,in addition to the control group patients and D-dimer BNP was no significant fluctuations(P〈0.05),the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion BNP and D-dimer are recent high-risk factors of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with ACS. Peripheral BNP and D-dimer in patients with recent ACS reflects an effective indicator of cardiovascular events.
