摘要
目的分析在对临床检验质量进行控制的过程中运用PDCA循环的效果。方法采用分时段分析方式,对其中包含的健康体检报告、门诊患者报告以及住院患者报告的不合格检验率进行分析。结果在健康体检报告、门诊患者报告以及住院患者报告的不合格检验率上,研究组低于对照组,两组数据之间存在差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用PDCA循环管理模式能够有效降低不合格报告率的产生,提升检验的准确率。
Objective To analyze the application of PDCA cycle in the process to quality control in clinical laboratory. Methods Using sub period analysis to analyse the unqualified rate in the health examination report,the outpatients and inpatients report. Results For the unqualified rate in the health examination report,the outpatients and inpatients report,the study group was significantly lower than the contrast group,there was a difference between the two groups of data,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA cycle management model can effectively reduce the rate of unqualified report,improve the accuracy rate of the test.
