Research Progress on Local Anesthesia Methods of Clinical Bronchofiberscopy

目的探寻更安全、有效、痛苦小的麻醉方法以改善麻醉效果,提高纤维支气管镜检查的成功率。方法查阅、整理、归纳和总结近些年来纤维支气管镜局部麻醉方法的相关文献。结果目前临床常用的6种麻醉方法各有优缺点,通常联合2种及2种以上的麻醉方法能达到更佳的麻醉效果。结论纤维支气管镜检查前的局部麻醉至关重要,它将向无创、低毒、高效的方向进一步发展。

Objective To explore safe, effective and less painful method of anesthesia, so as to improve the anesthetic effect, increase the success rate of bronchofiberscopy. Methods The relevant literature about local anesthesia methods of bronchofiberscopy in recent years was reviewed, sorted and summarized. Results 6 methods of anesthesia used in clinical commonly had different advantages and disadvantages, usually 2 or more than 2 methods of anesthesia can be combined to achieve better effect of anesthesia. Conclusion The Local anesthesia before bronchofiberscopy is very important, and the further development trend is noninvasive, low toxicity and high-efficiency.
