Problems and Improving Measures Between Central Sterile Supply Department and Clinical Departments

目的探讨消毒供应中心人员与临床科室合作中发现的问题及改进措施,以便于更好地配合临床工作。方法针对沟通中存在的问题分析原因,采取相应的措施。结果通过与临床科室进行有效沟通,促进科室之间的和谐,满足临床需求。结论消毒供应中心与临床科室在沟通协作中及时解决问题,不断完善规章制度,提高人员素质,从而控制了院内感染的发生。

Objective To investigate the problems and improving measures between Central sterile supply department and clinical departments,so as to support clinical work better. Methods According to the problems existing in communication,the reasons were analyzed,in order to take corresponding measures. Results The effective communication with clinical departments promoted harmony between departments,met the demand of clinical needs. Conclusion To solve the problems timely in the communication and cooperation between central sterile supply department and clinical departments,improve the rules and regulations constantly,and improve the quality of personnel,so as to control the incidence of hospital infection.
