摘要
目的探讨使用抗CD41单抗制备ITP小鼠的模型的体会。方法 120只BALB/c纯系雌性小鼠制备抗CD41抗体后,腹腔注射后7 d内眦静脉取血观察血小板计数情况。结果给予每只BALB/c纯系雌性小鼠每天腹腔注射2μg,连续注射7天后,超过90%注射后的小鼠,血小板降低到原来50%以下。运用统计软件进行配对t检验,BALB/c纯系雌性小鼠在使用清水+CD41前后变化有统计学意义。结论慢性小鼠ITP造模方法正确,可以使用这种造模方法,制造ITP小鼠模型,以便临床研究所用。
Objective Discussion on the anti-CD41 monoclonal antibody prepared using a model ITP mouse that experience. Methods 120 BALB / c inbred mice were preparing an anti-CD41 antibody after intraperitoneal injection 7D angular vein blood platelet count was observed the situation. Results To give each BALB / c inbred female mice injected daily 2μg, continuous infusion for 7 days, more than 90% of the mice injected platelets is reduced to the original 50%. Paired t test statistics based on the use of statistical software, BALB / c inbred female mice before and after use with water + CD41 had no significant difference. Conclusion Chronic ITP mouse modeling method correctly, you can use this modeling method of manufacturing ITP mouse model for clinical research use.
