摘要 近年来,缝隙连接细胞间通讯与连接蛋白对肿瘤发生发展的影响越来越受到关注,并成为当今研究热点之一。本文就缝隙连接细胞间通讯与肿瘤的发生发展机制、抗肿瘤药物及肿瘤治疗等方面作一简要讨论。 In recent years,the effect of gap junctional intercellular communication and connexin on tumor occurrence and development has been more and more concerned and become one hot topic. This article makes a brief discussion between the mechanisms of tumor development,drug and treatment.
