恶心与呕吐患者的消化内科护理措施分析

Nursing Measures of Patients With Nausea and Vomiting in Gastroenterology Department

目的分析应用消化内科护理干预措施于恶心、呕吐患者的效果。方法选取我院在2014年3月∽2014年12月消化内科收治的48例恶心伴有呕吐的患者研究,将其随机分为常规组（n=22）和内科组（n=26）,常规组予以患者常规的护理干预措施,内科组在常规的基础上采取消化内科护理模式,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果常规组患者的护理满意度73%,低于内科组患者的护理满意度96%,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论针对恶心、呕吐的患者予以消化内科护理模式能有效缓解患者症状,得到了大多数患者的青睐,提高了患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyse the nursing interventions for nausea and vomit. Methods 48 cases of nausea and vomiting patients in gastroenterology department in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2014 were randomly divided into conventional group（n=22） and internal medicine group（n=26）,conventional group received routine patient care interventions,medical group received gastroenterology care,the effect in two groups were compared. Results General satisfaction in patients in control group（73%） was less than of patients in the medical care group（96%）,the difference was significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Gastroenterology care can effectively relieve symptoms of nausea and vomiting.
