摘要
目的探讨使用美容缝法进行剖宫产切口缝合的临床护理效果。方法以我院收治94例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,将其分为观察组56例和对照组38例,观察组产妇采用切口美容缝法,对照组产妇采用常规切口缝法,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.2%,对照组为86.8%,观察组的切口愈合效果更为显著,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用切口美容缝法能够有效提高切口愈合的效率和美观程度。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing for cosmetic suture in cesarean section. Methods 94 cases of cesarean section in our hospital were taken as the research object and divided into the observation group（56 cases） and control group（38 cases）,observation group were using cosmetic suture,the control group were using conventional incision suture method,nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 98.2% in observation group,the control group was 86.8%,the observation group wound healing effect was more significant,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cosmetic suture can effectively improve wound healing efficiency and beautiful degree.
