健康教育路径在全膝关节置换术中的效果观察

Effect of Health Education Path in Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨健康教育路径在全膝关节置换术中的效果观察。方法选取我院收治的68例行全膝关节置换术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各34例观察组在实施常规护理基础上加健康教育路径护理,对照组执行常规护理,观察两种护理方法的护理效果。结果观察组患者的住院时间、护理满意率以及并发症率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行全膝关节置换术治疗的患者应用健康教育路径护理,能够提高护理满意率,减少并发症,保证健康教育质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of health education path in total knee arthroplasty in patients. Methods In our hospital,68 cases of total knee replacement patients taken as research subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each had 34 cases. Observation group received health education path control routine nursing care and on the basis of routine care,control group received routine care,to observe the effects of two nursing care methods. Results In observation group,hospital stay,nursing satisfaction rate and complication rate and other indicators were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with total knee arthroplasty receiving health care education can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,reduce complications and ensure the health quality.
