摘要
目的采用中医护理路径观察肛肠手术患者的护理效果。方法 2013∽2014年于我院行肛肠手术患者120例,随机将120例患者分为观察组、对照组,观察组60例行中医护理;对照组60例行常规临床护理。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理总有效率88.5%高于对照组78.3%,对比差异显著,P〈0.05。结论在肛肠手术中行中医护理,可减轻患者术中疼痛感,提升临床护理质量。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine in anorectal surgery patients. Methods During 2013 to 2014,120 cases of anorectal patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the observation group received medicine nursing routine. The control group received routine clinical care. Compared two group of nursing effect.Results In observing group,total effective rate was 88.5%,it was higher than that of control group which was 78.3%,there was significant difference,P〈0.05. Conclusion In the anorectal surgery,traditional Chinese medicine nursing can reduce intraoperative pain,improving the quality of clinical nursing.
