综合护理干预对脑出血患者的影响观察

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析综合护理干预对脑出血患者的影响。方法选取2012年1月∽2013年6月50例脑出血患者为对象,将其随机分组。常规组患者实施常规护理干预,综合组患者实施综合护理干预。随访1年,对比分析两组患者神经功能缺损程度和生活质量的差异。结果综合组神经功能缺损评分低于常规组,生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预对脑出血患者的影响较大,有利于改善患者生活质量和神经功能,促进康复,改善预后。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From January 2012 to June 2013,50 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were taken as the research object. Control group received routine nursing intervention,intervention group received comprehensive nursing. After 1 year of follow-up,analyzed the degree of neural function defect and the quality of life. Results Neural function defect score in intervention group was significantly lower than the conventional group,the scores of quality of life was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the quality of life and neural function,promote the rehabilitation of patients.
