快速康复外科护理外科手术患者58例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing for 58 Patients With Surgical Operation

目的探讨快速康复外科护理对外科手术患者恢复效率及护理满意度的影响。方法将我院收治的116例患者纳入本研究,按照护理方式的不同将116例患者分为快速康复组(n=58)与对照组(n=58),对照组患者采用常规护理措施,对快速康复组患者,在常规护理基础上应用快速康复外科护理法进行护理。结果快速康复组患者满意度、住院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、手术时间、术中出血情况、并发症发生情况均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对外科手术患者采用快速康复外科护理模式能够促进患者的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect and nursing satisfaction of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing for patients with surgical operation. Methods 116 cases in our hospital were enrolled in this study, according to different nursing methods, 116 patients were divided into rapid rehabilitation group（n=58） and control group（n=58）, the control group were treated with routine nursing care, the rapid rehabilitation group patients were treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing. Results Fast rehabilitation group patients satisfaction, hospitalization time, recovery time of bowel sound, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, complications were better than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing for patients undergoing surgical operation can promote the recovery of patients.
