摘要
目的探讨分析规范化健康教育在神经内科护理中的运用。方法选取2013年9月∽2014年9月在我院治疗的神经内科患者共120例,随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予运动和饮食等常规方法护理,实验组患者在对照组的基础上,给予规范化健康教育。结果实验组调研及格水平和对照组有明显的差异。实验组调研平均分好于对照组,P〈0.05。此外,实验组患者满意度高于对照组。结论规范化健康教育对于神经内科患者的护理有很大的意义。
Objective To study the application of standardized health education in neurological nursing in Department of Internal Medicine. Methods Chose a total of 120 cases of neurology patients during September 2013 ∽ September 2014 treated in our hospital and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group patients were given conventional methods, such as exercise and diet nursing, the experimental group patients in the control group were given health education on the basis of standardization nursing. Results The experimental study to pass the level had obvious differences from the control group. Experimental research average level was much better than the control group,P〈0.05. In addition, the experimental group patients＇ satisfaction was higher than the control group. Conclusion The standardization of health education for patients with nerve internal medicine nursing has clinical curative effect and is more reliable.
