摘要
目的探讨妊娠期合并心脏病患者的临床护理方式。方法对我院2013∽2014年的220例妊娠期合并心脏病患者来进行研究分析,对患者提供病情观察、心理护理、产程护理、饮食护理等,对患者的护理情况进行分析。结果全部220例妊娠期合并心脏病患者接受治疗和护理后,患者的孕产期均顺利度过,期间没有出现母婴死亡病例。结论妊娠合并心脏病患者接受治疗以及针对性的护理能够让其死亡率降低,对母婴健康提供保障。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of pregnancy with heart disease. Methods Selected 220 cases of pregnancy patients with heart disease from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital to conducted research and analysis, conducted observation of disease, psychological care, labor care, diet care, to analyze the patient＇s care effect. Results After treatment, all 220 cases of pregnant women with heart disease were successfully through the pre-production period, no maternal deaths occurred. Conclusion The treatment of pregnant women with heart disease patients and targeted nursing can reduce mortality, provide protection for maternal and child health.
