癫痫所致精神障碍联合用药的护理体会

Nursing Experience of the Combination Medication of Mental Disorder Caused by Epilepsy

目的探讨癫痫引起的精神障碍使用联合用药治疗和护理干预的临床效果。方法 2009∽2013年我院接收了21例癫痫性精神障碍患者,对这些患者的心理状态变化进行观察分析,提供心理护理干预,分析治疗效果。结果治疗和护理之后,有28.57%的患者痊愈,38.09%的患者显著进步,23.81%的患者进步,9.52%的患者无效。结论癫痫引起的精神障碍联合用药治疗时,增加心理护理干预,了解患者心理特点,提供相应的护理,临床中的护理效果突出。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combination medication of treatment and nursing intervention for the treatment of mental disorder caused by epilepsy. Methods From 2009 to 2013, 21 patients with epilepsy were received in our hospital, and the psychological status of these patients were observed and analyzed, providing psychological nursing intervention, analyzed the treatment effect. Results After treatment and nursing, 28.57% of the patients were cured, 38.09% of the patients were significantly improved, 23.81% of the patients were progress, 9.52% of patients were invalid. Conclusion Epilepsy caused by mental disorders received combination therapy and psychological nursing intervention, and provide the corresponding nursing can achieve goodg effect.
