护理干预措施用于支气管哮喘患者生活质量改善的效果分析

Nursing Intervention Measures for the Quality of Life in Patients With Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨支气管哮喘患者接受护理干预后的生活质量改善情况。方法 2010∽2013年我院共接收了80例支气管哮喘患者,将这些患者随机分成对照组和观察组,均有40例,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用护理干预,对两组患者的生活质量进行评分。结果两组患者在接受护理前,生活质量评分无差异性,P〉0.05,接受护理后,观察组患者的平均评分是（5.4±0.6）分,对照组是（2.4±0.8）分,具有差异性,P〈0.05;观察组的护理满意度是100%,对照组是90%,P〈0.05。结论护理干预可以改善支气管哮喘患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma case after nursing intervention. Methods Received a total of 80 cases of bronchial asthma from 2010 to 2013, these patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each had 40 cases. The control group was using conventional care, observation group was using nursing intervention on quality of life in both groups of patients were scored. Results Before receiving care, quality of life scores did not differ between the two groups, P〈0.05, after receiving treatment, the patients in the observation group average score was（5.4 ± 0.6） points. The control group was（2.4 ± 0.8） points, with a difference P〈0.05, observation group care satisfaction was 100%, the control group was 90%, P〈0.05. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the life quality of patients with bronchial asthma.
