摘要
目的研究分析支气管哮喘患者接受个体化护理对其临床治疗的效果提升以及治疗依从性改善影响。方法选取我院接收的60例支气管哮喘患者,将这些患者分组为对照组和干预组,对照组30例给予传统护理,干预组30例使给予个体化护理,对两组患者的临床护理效果以及治疗依从性改善情况进行对比分析。结果干预组患者的临床治疗效果比对照组优秀,干预组患者的治疗依从性比对照组高(P<0.05),支气管哮喘症状发作的频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者接受个体化护理能够有效的提升临床治疗效果,患者的治疗依从性也有很大的改善,因此对该疾病的复发具有预防作用。
Objective To study The Effect of Individual Nursing on compliance of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Received 60 patients with bronchial asthma patients in our hospital, these patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group. Control group of 30 patients were using conventional care, the intervention group of 30 patients were using individualized care, clinical care effects and compliance improvement of two groups were analyzed. Results Clinical results in the intervention group was better than the control group, the treatment compliance of patients in the intervention group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）, the frequency of bronchial asthma symptoms was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bronchial asthma patients receiving individualized care can effectively improve clinical outcomes, patient compliance is also greatly improved.
