摘要
通过企业实地调研来定位现代学徒制的师资素质需要,认为师傅型师资应具备本专业全能的技术素质、岗位从业资质和岗位工作经验三大素质,建议实行轮换授课、教师"双证"授课、教师顶岗进修及"双岗互聘"协同创新建设教学团队等四条现代学徒制的师资队伍建设策略,并根据师资建设实施需求提出相应的可行性政策建议。
Through field research in enterprises, the requirement of master teachers in modern apprenticeship is figured out. Masters should have the comprehensive knowledge and qualification certificates of their profession; they should also have work experience. On top of it, we suggest to build the teachers’ team according to the following four rules: teachers should take shifts in teaching; teachers should have the professional qualification certificates in his own profession as well as in education; teachers should do further study in companies; teachers should be hired in colleges as well as in enterprises at the same time. Finally, some feasible suggestions will be made.
