农村艺术师资补充问题研究——基于美国农村师资补充的经验

摘要 农村艺术师资面临数量短缺严重和补充极其乏力等问题,美国农村师资补充的经验启示中国:发挥政府公共教育服务提供的主导作用,正视城乡差距的客观存在,尊重艺术师资和艺术教学的特质,差序补偿艺术师资,给予更多专业发展机会,多元解决农村艺术教师短缺。
