摘要
为了分析贯穿钢筋直径大小、钢板开孔大小、混凝土强度等级等因素对PBL剪力键极限承载力的影响。运用大型非线性有限元分析软件MADIS FEA对模型进行理论分析,通过控制变量法研究各因素对PBL剪力键受力性能的影响。在贯穿钢筋直径、钢板开孔大小一致时随着混凝土等级的提升荷载滑移量减少11%;在混凝土等级、贯穿钢筋直径一致时随着钢板开孔增大荷载滑移量减少17%;在混凝土等级、钢板开孔大小一致时随着贯穿钢筋直径的增大荷载滑移量减少16.5%。混凝土强度等级、钢板开孔大小、贯穿钢筋对PBL剪力键的受力性能有重要影响并遵循一定的规律。
In order to analyze the influence of penetrated steel bar diameter,steel plate hole diameter,concrete strength grade to PBL shear connector ultimate bearing capacity,this paper adopted large- scale nonlinear finite element analysis software MADIS FEA to carry out theoretical analysis on the model and studied influence of the above factors on PBL shear connector ultimate bearing capacity by control variate method. When the penetrated steel bar diameter and steel plate hole diameter were the same,load slippage would decrease by 11% with the increase of concrete grade; when the concrete grade and penetrated steel bar diameter were the same,the load slippage would decrease by 17% with the increase of steel plate hole diameter; when the concrete grade and steel plate hole diameter were the same,load slippage would decrease by 16. 5% with the increase of penetrated steel bar diameter. Concrete strength grade,steel plate hole diameter and penetrated steel bar diameter had significant influence on PBL shear connector stress bearing capacity and followed certain rules.
