摘要
对金银花、甘草和黄芩这3种中草药的紫外吸收剂提取工艺进行研究。利用紫外分光光度计确定3种中草药紫外吸收剂的最适波长;通过单因素试验分别考察料液比、微波时间、微波功率对3种中草药紫外吸收剂提取率的影响,并确定其最佳提取工艺参数。
This article used three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines- honeysuckle, licorice and skullcap to study the extraction technique. Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine the most suitable wavelength for three kinds of UV absorber; it studied the influence of material liquid ratio, microwave time and microwave power on extraction rate of 3 kinds of UV absorber by using single factor experiment and determined the optimal extraction technique parameters.
