原发性肝癌以肝细胞癌为主。全世界恶性肿瘤发病率肝癌居男性的第7位,女性的第9位,发展迅速。原发性肝癌恶性程度高,起病隐匿。肝癌由于症情复杂,并发症多,不同病程阶段有不同的表现,故辨证类型也不完全一样。郑教授多年临床经验指导下,现仅将常见证型归纳如下:肝气郁结型、肝郁脾虚型、湿热结毒型、肝阴亏损型。治宜化瘀解毒,疏肝理气,疏肝健脾,清热利胆,养血柔肝,养阴益血,凉血止血。郑教授运用慈丹胶囊、经验方随症加减,灵活用药,取得显著疗效。总结并强调以全面了解患者全身情况和免疫状态为前提的以药物治疗为主或以手术治疗为主的中西医结合治疗的重要性及具体操作事项。
