失眠症病因及中医调治的效果观察

Effect observation on pathogeny and treatment of insomnia

目的:深入探讨引发失眠的主要原因,研究相应的中医治疗途径,分析中医调治措施应用于失眠症患者临床治疗中发挥的效果。方法:选择2012年1月—2014年1月本院84例失眠症患者,按照每组42例依次设置对照组及治疗组,对照组通过西医途径开展临床治疗,治疗组选择中医调治途径,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:对照组42例患者采用西医疗法最终取得总体治疗有效率为78.6%;治疗组42例患者采用中医疗法最终取得总体治疗有效率为97.6%,治疗组总体治疗有效率大大高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组出现感冒、乏力等临床不良反应的有6例,不良反应发生率为14.3%,明显高于治疗组的2.3%(1例),两组患者不良反应发生率比较表现出显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对失眠症患者,疾病、心理状况等均属于重要的影响因素,给予失眠症患者中医调治能够有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗有效率,且不会引发严重的临床不良反应,应用效果显著,建议推广应用。

Objective： To identify the main cause of insomnia, study Chinese medicine appropriate therapeutic approach and analyze the measures applied in clinical treatment of TCM. Methods：84 cases with insomnia from January,2012 to January,2014 in our hospital were selected,42 cases in the control group and the same for the research group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the research group was treated with TCM modulating pathway,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate of the control group treated with western medicine was 78.6%,while that of the research group treated with Chinese medicine was 97.6%.The effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;6 cases with adverse reactions including flu and fatigue occurred in the control group, and the rate of side effects was 14.3%,obviously higher than that of the research group 2.3%（n = 1）.There was a significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions with a statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with insomnia,the conditions of disease and mind are important factors.TCM treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and effective rate without serious clinical adverse reactions but obvious effects,which is worthy of promotion.
