In early 20 th Century,a global atypical pneumonia outbroke, and the people of our country in this battlefield similar to the plague had severe losses on life and health,Until today,the infectious atypical pneumonia from beginning has been 10 years.During this long period of time,Chinese medical scholars and experts are still uphold the spirit to explore the theoretical basis of epidemic febrile diseases in the treatment of infectious atypical pneumonia and test in practice,which has got great achievement.This paper will focus on the relationship between febrile diseases and infectious atypical pneumonia and carry on the analysis in the perspective of Chinese medicine.
