血府逐瘀汤治疗心肌梗死后室性早搏的疗效观察

The Observation of Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Treatment of Ventricular Premature Beat after Myocardial Infarction

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤治疗心肌梗死后室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:选取符合心肌梗死后室性早搏患者56例,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各28例。对照组采用冠心病二级预防常规治疗;治疗组采用上述治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀汤。观察两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后24 h动态心电图室性早搏变化情况及心血管事件发生情况。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率89.3%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。24 h动态心电图显室性早搏,治疗组改善更加明显,室性早搏次数减少更多(P<0.05)。治疗组发生心血管事件较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤治疗心肌梗死后室性早搏安全有效,值得临床应用。

Objective：The article was to observe the clinical curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treatment of ventricular premature beat（VPB） after myocardial infarction.Method： The selected fifty-six patients of VPB after myocardial infarction were divided into the comparison and the treatment group equally and randomly.We applied the conventional treatment of two grade prevention of coronary heart disease to the former,while the latter was treated by Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction besides the conventional treatment.We observed their clinical curative effect,24-hour change of dynamic electrocardiogram of ventricular premature beat（VPB） before and after treatment,and the occurrence of cardiovascular event.Result：The effect comparison of two groups’ of clinical curative was that the effective rate of the treatment group was 98.3%,higher than 75.0% of the comparison group.The difference made statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The treatment group’s 24-hour change of dynamic electrocardiogram of VPB improved obviously and the number of VPB reduced more.The treatment group’s occurrence of cardiovascular event reduced obviously,and the difference made statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It was safe and effective to use Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to treat VPB after myocardial infarction,worthy of clinical application.
