丹参注射液联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

Clinical research of treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Danshen injection combined with herbal fumigation

目的:探讨丹参注射液联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:118例DPN患者随机分为观察组和对照组各59例。对照组采用丹参注射液静滴,观察组给予丹参注射液静滴联合中药熏洗。治疗14天后对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的腓浅神经传导速度。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率(89.8%)显著高于对照组(72.9%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腓浅神经运动神经传导速度为(45.6±3.5)m/s、感觉神经传导速度为(43.7±4.0)m/s均显著高于治疗前和对照组治疗后(均P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液联合中药熏洗能够促进DPN患者神经传导速度的恢复,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Danshen injection combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods：118 patients with DPN were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Danshen injection,while the observation group was given Danshen injection combined with herbal fumigation.After 14 days of treatment,superficial peroneal nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment and the efficacy were compared between two groups.Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group（89.8%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（72.9%）（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the superficial peroneal nerve motor nerve conduction velocity in the observation group was（45.6±3.5） m/s and sensory nerve conduction velocity was（43.7±4.0） m/s,which were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Danshen injection combined with herbal fumigation can promote the nerve conduction velocity recovery in patients with DPN and improve the clinical efficacy.
