茵栀黄注射液联合蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸治疗的应用效果分析

Clinical Effect of Yinzhihuang Injection combined with Blue Light Therapy on Neonatal Jaundice

目的:探讨应用茵栀黄注射液联合蓝光照射疗法治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法:将新生儿黄疸患儿80例随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组采用茵栀黄注射液联合蓝光照射疗法治疗,对照组则单纯采用茵栀黄注射液治疗,观察两组患儿治疗6 d后的临床疗效,并检测治疗前及治疗5 d后的胆红素水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.5%,显著高于对照组治疗总有效率80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗5d后胆红素水平两组患儿均明显下降,且治疗后胆红素水平观察组显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:茵栀黄注射液联合蓝光照射疗法治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang injection combined with blue light therapy on neonatal jaundice patients. Methods：80 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into two groups（n=40）. The observation group were treated with Yinzhihuang injection combined with blue light therapy and the control group was only given Yinzhihuang. After 6 days treatment, the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed and the bilirubin levels were detected 5 days before and after treatment. Results：The total efficiency of the observation group was 97.5%, and the control group was 80.0%, there was statistically significant differences in the two groups（P〈0.05）.5 days after treatment, the levels of Bilirubin of the two groups were less than that before treatment, In observation group, it was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yinzhihuang injection combined with blue light therapy had significant clinical effect on neonatal jaundice, it is worthy of clinical application.
