中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Obaervation of Curative Effect Integrated treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:探讨中西医结合法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2013年7月—2014年6月我院因慢性盆腔炎需治疗患者140例,随机分为两组,每组70例,分别予以中西医结合治疗(观察组)和传统西医治疗(对照组),治疗4周后,比较两组治疗后阳性体征情况、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和临床效果。结果:观察组阳性体征存在率低于对照组,CRP水平低于对照组,愈显率和总有效率高于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床效果较好,适合临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the curative effect of Chinese medicine and western medicine on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method： 140 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from July 2013 ro June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group（ given combination therapy） and control group（given western medicine）. Each group had 70 cases. The treatment cycle was 4 weeks. The positive body signs, CRP and curative effect of the two groups after treatment were compared. Result： The presence rate of positive signs of the observation was lower than that of the control group, the CRP levels of the observation group were lower than that of the control group and the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the observation was lower than that of the control group. All the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The combined Chinese medicine and western medicine had good effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
