探讨煨脓生肌膏联合抗生素换药对臁疮患者的临床疗效

Discussion on clinical curative effect of Weinong Shengji Ointment combined with antibiotic medication on ecthyma patients

目的:探讨煨脓生肌膏联合抗生素换药对臁疮患者的临床疗效。方法:将90例臁疮患者随机分为治疗组45例,对照组45例。治疗组患者采用煨脓生肌膏和呋喃西林交替换药配合治疗,对照组进行常规消毒清创后使用呋喃西林换药治疗。所有患者均配合全身对症支持治疗,疗程均为8周。对两组的痊愈病例及临床疗效进行比较观察效果。结果:治疗组临床痊愈率60.0%,对照组为20.0%;总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为68.9%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:应用煨脓生肌膏联合抗生素换药能显著提高治疗臁疮的疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of Weinong Shengji Ointment combined with antibiotic medication on ecthyma patients.Methods：90 patients with ecthyma were randomly divided into a treatment group with 45 patients and a control group with 45 patients.The treatment group was treated with myogenic cream and Weinong Shengji Ointment,while the treatment group was treated with the conventional debridement and disinfection treatment Furacilin.All patients with systemic symptomatic and supportive treatment, 8 weeks as a course.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results：The clinical curative rate of the treatment group was 60.0%,that of the control group was 20.0%;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,68.9% in the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion： Weinong Shengji Ointment combined with antibiotic medication can significantly improve the efficacy in the treatment of ecthyma.
