摘要
目的:对穴位敷贴防治恶性肿瘤化疗后呕吐的临床应用效果进行探究。方法:选择我院2013年11月—2014年11月所接收的66例行化疗治疗的恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按随机单盲法,将其均分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者予以静脉滴注昂丹司琼,研究组患者予以穴位敷贴,然后对两组患者预防呕吐的效果进行观察。结果:经治疗后,研究组患者的总有效率(97.0%)明显高于对照组患者(81.8%),差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行化疗治疗的恶性肿瘤患者给予穴位敷贴治疗,可有效预防呕吐发生,疗效显著,值得推行。
Objective：To explore clinical effects of acupoint application on vomiting after chemotherapy in treatment of malignant tumors.Methods：66 patients of malignant tumor treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were regarded as the research object and were divided into study group and control group.The control group was given intravenous injection of ondansetron while the study group was given acupoint application,and then to compare prevention effects from vomiting.Results：After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group（97.0%） was higher than that of the control group（81.8%）,with the difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupoint application therapy shows favorable effects on prevention from vomiting after chemotherapy for malignant tumor, which is worth promoting.
