参芪扶正注射液联合GP(吉西他滨+顺铂)方案治疗晚期肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Advanced Lung Cancer Treated by Ginseng and Astragalus Fuzheng Injection Combined with GP Plan

目的:观察参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗肺癌的临床疗效、毒副反应及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:实验组"吉西他滨(Gem)加顺铂(DDP)"方案+参芪液250 ml(丽珠集团利民制药厂生产,批准文号,国药准字:Z199990065),化疗第1天时使用,静脉点滴,1次/d,连用15 d,21 d为1周期,对照组单用"Gem加DDP"方案。结果:连续2个周期化疗后,实验组有效率44.1%,对照组36.4%,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);实验组病变进展率5.9%、对照组27.3%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);白细胞减低比率,实验组11.8%,对照组36.4%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);KPS评分实验组提高55.9%,下降5.9%,对照组提高30.3%,下降27.3%,经统计学处理,差异有显著意义(x2=4.35,P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液与"GP"方案联合治疗晚期肺癌可降低化疗对患者的毒副反应,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective： to observe the clinical efficacy, adverse reaction and influence on patients’ quality of life of Ginseng and Astragalus Fuzheng Injection combined chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods：the experimental group was given ＂gemcitabine（Gem） ＋ cisplatin（DDP）＂ solution ＋ 250 m L ginseng and astragalus injection,（produced by Lizhu group and pharmaceutical factory, approval number：Z199990065） from the first day of chemotherapy,intravenous drip,1 time a day, continued for 15 days, 21 days as 1 cycle.The control group was just given Gem ＋ DDP.Results： for two consecutive cycles of chemotherapy, the effective rate of the experimental group was 44.1% and the control group 36.4%. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）; The lesion progress rate of the experimental group was 5.9% and the control group 27.3%.There was significant difference（P〈0.05）; The leukocyte reduction ratio of the experimental group was 11.8% and the control group was 36.4%.There was significant difference（P〈0.05）; KPS score of the experimental group increased 55.9% and the decreased 5.9%; the control group increased 30.30% and decreased 27.3%, with significant difference after statistics processing（x2= 4.35, P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In treating dvanced lung cancer,Ginseng and Astragalus Fuzheng Injection combined with ＂GP＂ scheme can reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy for patients,improve the patient’s quality of life.
