双钢板固定治疗肱骨远端骨折临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Double Plate Fixation in Treatment Of Distal Humerus Fractures

目的:分析双钢板固定技术在治疗肱骨远端骨折中的临床疗效,为临床选择更好的治疗肱骨远端骨折的方法提供理论依据。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年1月来我院就诊的100例C型肱骨远端骨折的患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照AO/ASIF分类,可分为C1型25例,C2型55例,C3型20例。在实施双钢板固定治疗手术后对患者进行为期12个月的随访,观察患者的骨折伤情愈合情况,判断其关节功能的恢复状况。结果:按照改良的Cassebaum方法进行评估。结果:参照Cassebaum评估后优45例,良39例,可16例,优良率高达84%。结论:双钢板固定治疗肱骨远端骨折临床治疗效果十分显著,值得在骨科临床推广和应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of double plate fixation in treatment of distal humerus fractures, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of clinical method for treatment of distal humerus fractures. Methods： 100 cases of type C distal humeral fracture patients from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the AO/ASIF classification, there were 25 cases of type C1, 55 cases of type C2, 20 cases of type C3.A period of 12 months of follow-up was made after dual plate fixation. The fracture healing condition of the patients was observed and the joint function was judged. The results were evaluated according to the modified Cassebaum method. Results： According to Cassebaum, 45 cases had excellent effect,, 39 cases had good effect, 16 cases had effect. The excellent and good rate was as high as 84%. Conclusion： The effect of double plate fixation on treatment of distal humeral fracture is very significant, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application in department of orthopedics.
