骨科患者最常见的症状就是疼痛,且骨科患者疼痛的强度较其他科室高,以致患者对疼痛的反应较其他科室大。通过对我院近2年骨科住院患者的分析与近5年国内文献的查阅与总结,骨科患者疼痛主要有创伤性、炎性、缺血性等原因,针对患者疼痛的原因可以对患者采取干预疼痛原因、药物镇痛、心理护理等护理措施。以缓解患者的疼痛、增加患者的舒适度。

According to the analysis of patients in in the orthopedics department of our hospital in the past 2 years and domestic literature review and analysis in recent 5 years,the pain in orthopedics department mainly caused by trauma,inflammation,ischemia and other reasons. According to the reasons,analgesic drug intervention, psychological nursing and nursing measures can be given to patients.In order to reduce the pain of patients and increase the comfort of patient.
